Customer service

Our principal’s specialist engineers are actively involved and responsible for the machine conception and design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning processes through to the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) stages to operator training and repairs and maintenance services. This ‘single named point contact’ guarantees as smooth process as possible.


Full documentation and technical manuals for installation, use and maintenance are provided for all installations along with a recommended spare parts list. On your request we provide protocols for acceptance for FAT and SAT tests and protocols for IQ, OQ, PQ validation.

Technical service

All our manufacturers use Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) production control systems for complete control. Their fully trained engineers are available to answer your questions for solving technical, electrical and electronic problems by video conference. A remote access ‘Tele-Service’  is also offered for diagnostic, software modifications and upgrades.


Keeping your machine operating efficiently is important and, as all machines are subject to normal wear and tear over the years, our technical team is available for restoring, cleaning and replacing necessary parts to return them to maximum performance.

In the course of the time, and as your business evolves, and we are always available for upgrading to latest specifications, methods, etc.

Spare parts

Spare parts are identified by the recommended spare parts list and manuals delivered with the machine.  Standard production parts are available ex-stock. Customized parts are manufactured to order from the original design drawings. We pride ourselves for offering very competitive spare parts prices with efficient service from all our principals.
